Welcome

We of the Exchange Club of Northampton  want to invite you and other members of your family to join our club. The Club consists of a group of community-spirited citizens of the Borough of Northampton and surrounding communities who are united to serve the Borough and its neighbors in many different ways.

Our community service projects include: the Jack Frost Parade in late October, the Golden Deeds Award in May, the Northampton Community Days Fair in July, Craft Fairs in March and October , and the Prevention of Child Abuse during the year.

In the Borough, the Club helped establish the Post Office, erected the band shell and one of the pavilions in the Municipal Park, provided the park lights in the Municipal Park, purchased  and restored the Borough's portable band shell, purchased the Christmas lights on Main Street, supplied the flags that are flown along Main Street on national holidays, and provided significant contributions to the Recreation Center, including the purchase of a new treadmill and the erection of 15 wellness stations along the Canal Park trail.

Some of the Club's patriotic projects include the So Proudly We Hail project in which the Club recognizes Borough residents who fly the United States flag on a regular basis and the Freedom Shrine project in which the Club provides a beautiful collection of numerous  documents to schools and government buildings to increase public awareness of the events in this country that were important in ensuring the freedoms that all of us enjoy.
